Absolutely useless. Avoid them like the plague. They do not get your bond back and will charge more than other providers. Once I raised the issues they stopped replying. Didn’t even turn up on time for the clean either.
I booked a bond clean. With a bond clean guarantee. The only thing I was advised that they would not mop the balcony because the tiles were textured. I was not advised that they wouldn't even set foot on the balcony of the apartment, and leave it filthy. This was not the only issue - on the exit report completed by the real estate, the following was not clean: walls, toilet, dust on powerpoints, floors were still dirty, the aforementioned balcony and the skirting boards. When I contacted the company advising these were all of the jobs that were left to do, they went out to "fix" the issues but I was advised that it was not possible to clean the walls without removing the paint. Myself (recovering from a recent surgery) and my mother (who has her own chronic health issues) then had to return to the property to rectify these. This "professional' cleaning service who took my hundreds of dollars were not able to do it, but myself and my mother were. When I went back to the cleaning service with video evidence of how easy the marks were to remove, they ghosted me and I have not heard from them since other than this ridiculous review response. Save your money and do your bond clean yourself rather than hire these guys. It's an absolute scam.
