Awesome food every time and very child friendly, talking to children as walking past and when serving the table. Efficient service and friendly staff

I love this place. The best thing on the menu is the Mexican fajitas haha which isn't American but their deep fried macaroni and cheese balls r worth trying just for the interestingness of it

It's gone down since the days of old.
I remember getting a platter and it being piled high with meaty goodness. These days, you'd be lucky to get enough just to fill you up, especially if you're going there for a massive meat feast

So my recommend is that it's too pricey for what you get, but the service is still as friendly as ever

I've recently moved from Sydney, Have heard of TGIF from movies and even the series Sex and the City but never have I ever seen or been to one.
This place was exactly what I expected. My partner and I arrived pretty early that day so we made it for the cheap drink specials. Each beer was approx $3 which keep us happy whilst we were waiting for our meals.
The meals portion are big, chips and ribs are very tasty. Next time I go I'm waiting to try the fijita or the burgers. Definitely fits what they call an American meal.
Staff there are friendly and knowledgeable and always maintain a smile on their face. Haven't seen a grumpy one yet. Parking easy because its located in the shopping mall.
Highly reccommended

Love this place, always have the burger with Jack Daniels sauce, an absolute must!

Tried to book a table for 2 for lunch and discovered that they do not take bookings for less than 5 people and we would possibly have to wait for a table to be available. Not a good policy. But we only waited for 5 minutes, which was very acceptable.
We both ordered steak, chicken and shrimp with Jack Daniels sauce, fries, onion rings and veg. I was able to change my shrimps for ribs, which were incredible (delicious taste and sooo tender - they just fell off the ribs). There was an extra charge of $4 but well worth it.
Drinks were around $7 each for a Crown beer and smoothie (which was a little small for the price, but yummy).
The staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. Even asked as we were leaving whether we enjoyed ourselves. Yes - we did.
Overall the prices are rather steep, but the servings are huge and delicious.
Thankfully we did have an Entertainment Book voucher - and we will return next year.

Approximate cost: $40 approx

I agree the meals here are huge. The only thing I didn't like was that you cannot stay any longer than 2 hours. They ask you to leave. We were told this when we ordered our meals and we were a group of 8 people.

Such a great place to go for a meal, love the burgers and onion rings, not to mention that Jack Daniels sauce.

TGI Friday's is a fun place to go to eat. Its colourful and lively but gets very busy. The food is good but is a bit expensive for what you get.

The one thing that I think they need to change is the 5 or more people to book rule. You can only be put on a priority listing for a table so you have to wait around the bar until someone leaves - which can annoy you as you may be wanting to go to the movies. Its also another stunt to get you to spend more on drinks while waiting to be seated.

My favourite meal would have to be the outrageous Friday desert.... A bit pricey but if you split it between 2-3 people its only about $5.00 each and you get a decent serve.

Approximate cost: $25.00

Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing special about it either. Starting with buffalo wings, the sauce had too much of a sour tangy taste to it so didn't taste that great. Also, for $20 you would expect at least double of what was served.
Myself and friends ordered varying styles of steaks. Mine was closer to medium than medium rare, yet it was still tasty. However, the price of the meals would have entitled us to attend a good meal at a fine dining establishment.

We did have a good chat with the wait staff and they are all versed in conversation and attending to the customers. I'm assuming the price presumes people generally come here mainly for birthdays as there were at least 4 of them the night we went (17/08/2013 at 9pm). They do ask for the attention of 'everyone', but as the music continues playing it is very hard to hear what's going on. Apparently the staff are well aware of this, but as it only has meaning for the party involved, they don't care.

Not going again until they revise their prices.

Great food and service. Very pricey if you go on a weekend as well but its worth it as the food tastes so yummy, I believe weekdays the meals are a bit cheaper.

Wonderful food and outstanding service. The servers Are smiling and friendly and make you feel most welcome. Though we have not taken kids there yet this place would be suitable for the whole family.

Approximate cost: $19 to $33 give or take
