Felt pampered and listened to from the minute I walked in the door. I’ve recently moved to the area and finding a good hairdresser has been harder than finding a good doctor! Love my cut and colour- felt a million dollars when I walked out. Love the way they quote expected cost up front- no nasty surprises and reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier with the service and product from Newgen. From the first call to Ben, who was there to quote within 3 hours, to the plumbers and electrician who arrived at 7am the next day, we have nothing but sincere praise. We had done a lot of research about the best system for its Eco credentials and value and kept coming up with Newgen . It was great to see all involved so passionate about their product and service. The Sanden system works effectively with our new solar energy and the installation is very neat and tidy. Thank you Ben for diverting your installation crew from other less urgent jobs to ensure that we had our hot water back safely and as quickly as possible. Can't recommend you highly enough.
