I would like to say the people who work in vet clinics have to have a certain heart to be able to withstand the sadness that comes through their doors but also the compassion and understanding it takes to be a good listener and supportive person for those who come in with a tale of sorrow. My beautiful fur baby of 17 years was sadly put to sleep after a short illness and the vet clinic not only accepted us in only 10 mins before closing time on a Saturday, they did the tests required and sadly allowed the euthanasia to occur as well as the grieving to occur on their own time. Its never easy to say goodbye but in no time did i feel rushed to get out of there or say goodbye in a hurry, i was given comfort and time to say the goodbye i had to do. They were professional at all times and im not sure i would be able to contain my composure had i been in their position with others, it certainly takes a certain kind of person to be able to be in that position. As hard as it was to bit farewell to my beloved pet they showed me and her the compassion and dignity a family member should be given in a time of sadness and loss. I was even sent a bereavement card which touched my heart in more ways i could express.

Some of the most beautiful souls walk through here be it 2 legged or 4, but the 2 legged ones are not only kind and gentle souls but warm and passionate about what they do. Recently i lost my beloved pet of 17 years and had a lot of food etc i didnt want wasted and upon bringing it to them they could see i was upset and not only did they comfort me in a time of need but they also listened and didnt just take what i had to offer but offered me a shoulder to cry on and a notice in remembrance for my beloved pet/ They could have just taken the donation and that was it but the staff there showed compassion, caring and love that only real animal lovers can. They are a not for profit organisation and need every bit of help to keep doing what they do best. A wonderful place for animals to go to until they are fortunate enough to find their forever homes.

Trying to locate a swimming school that allowed children 6 months and older was a challenge around my area as most didnt have days that suited both my children and i around other activities. The wonderful staff at Time for a swim have not only embraced us and treat us like friends, they have given our children a joy of swimming i never thought possible. They have helped us work around what suits us and are not only very competent when teaching the kids, the also help us parents in assisting our kids when we are with them outside of a swimming school situation. They are extremely reasonable with pricing and what ive found to be most convenient is they charge per lesson/term and not per year which can be more than unreasonable when you have holidays and other commitments. They are also very happy to fit you in other days if they have it available to make up lessons you might not be able to meet. Small and very friendly and with great teacher to child ratios, my daughter is sometimes taught one on one when others in her class dont show, great value for money.

Ive had my fair share of Chiropractors over the years and even since moving over an hour away i always come back to Sims and Finn. My parents have had me going here since i was a child and i understand why they entrust them to look after me. Paul is always one of the most chipper and happy people ive ever met and can just look at you and know there is something that needs an adjustment. The staff are warm and know your name after the second visit and always have a treat for my kids even if i dont bring them with me. So many clowns out there but i would always come back to someone who not only is fun, happy and clearly enjoys his job but also is a caring and positive person who offers help and understanding no matter what the issue he is presented with. Overall fantastic place and wonderful staff.
