The service is fantastic, staff are always willing to help. Large range of items, and if an item isn't available in the library, you can always order it in from another library. This library is great, very much an untapped gem in Midland!

Reasonable prices- varies depending on how u describe what u want. However I have found that the last few times I have been here the service is poor, the girls are often too busy having a discussion with each other than discussing anything with the client. It makes you feel like they aren't focusing on doing a good job on ur hair.

Although dependent on the doctor you see, I found the psychiatrist I saw to be very unempathetic, and I would not recommend going here during a time of need, as I found they just robbed me off. However, this was just the experience I had, although it will stay in my head forever, as does any treatment during a difficult time.

Great store- the staff are around if you need them, but let you look around freely. Great prices, security are also very polite and always welcome you with a smile

Great prices, good range. However I find the service at the prescriptions counter very slow, and inconsistent- with some pharmacists wanting to discuss your medications, and others wanting to shove you out the door. I find the checkout staff often very disinterested.
