Glenn did an absolutely FANTASTIC job cleaning our couch! We have had it cleaned a number of times by other contractors in the past, but Glenn has done the best job by far. He explained everything he would be doing, including outlining the products he would be using. I'm quite sensitive to cleaning products, but I had no negative reaction to anything Glenn used. We were also very happy with the price, especially given the amount of time and effort he put into it. I thoroughly recommend Totally Green and will be getting them back (not anyone else) next time the couch needs cleaning.
