Ken came to install my new dishwasher and he was absolutely wonderful. He offered great communication from the beginning. He was on time to the job and was such a lovely person, very friendly and helpful and a great laugh. He did the job without fuss, despite facing some tricky plumbing issues, and was excellent value.
