Terrible and rude service. I was forced to cancel my trip in 2021 due to COVID border closures. They were completely inflexible and would only provide a credit for 12 months and no refund. Then when I tried to rebook 11 months later they wanted me to pay more (almost $300 for a small car for 1 day!) for the same car because it was school holidays. I did not want to pay more for an already expensive service so I guess they just keep my $250 now. I'll be using car share services from now on.
