Terrible and rude service. I was forced to cancel my trip in 2021 due to COVID border closures. They were completely inflexible and would only provide a credit for 12 months and no refund. Then when I tried to rebook 11 months later they wanted me to pay more (almost $300 for a small car for 1 day!) for the same car because it was school holidays. I did not want to pay more for an already expensive service so I guess they just keep my $250 now. I'll be using car share services from now on.

Great push bikes with cheap prices. I rang them to inform that i was in church and would be late for an hour. They didn't charged me extra even i was 1 hour late than the returning time. I recommend them for their excellent push bikes and lovely service.

Everything worked well for us while we were in Port Douglas. Staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to extend our car by just call. Car was clean. Cheaper than big firms for renting. Would recommend this place.
