The worst experience I have ever had with a courier.
10 large boxes lost for almost 2 months.
I was having to make contact almost daily to get anything done about this.
Support Staff kept feeding me conflicting stories as they clearly had no idea what was going on and do not communicate with each other.

During the lengthy "investigation process" I was told my Boxes were in the Sydney depo which was facing a backlog, but would be delivered soon. I'd hear nothing for a few days and see not tracking at all, so I make contact for an update only to be told, "Nope not in Sydney still at Rocklea, Brisbane. I don't know why you were told they were in Sydney"
I'd hear nothing for a few days and get no call back like I was told I would and still no tracking showing up, so follow up again. I get told that my Boxes would be onboard for delivery tomorrow; Only for them not to arrive. I'd call up again and the staff have no idea where they even are and get asked for the 20th time if my freight has been collected yet...
I was told scanning software was broken. Only to mention this to another team member who had no idea why I was told this as it wasn't true.
Ridiculous!

After almost 2 months (it should have been an easy capital city to capital city 1-2 day delivery!) only 9/10 boxes arrived with most arriving damaged.
I contacted support about the 1 missing box and was sent back a dismissive email saying to contact the Sender and that they never got a 10th box...
I AM the Sender as indicated by my email and my Partner helped load the Couriers truck with 10 boxes, as seen by our Doorcam footage!
My emails linked to the investiagtion are now bouncing back...

Most frustrating of all, I was told that the Manager was doing me a favour by looking into my lost freight and taking time out of her busy day to do so. You have to be kidding me! So patronising as this is her JOB and if she was running things like a professional she wouldn't experience these issues!
I never heard from her either, but didn't really expect to.

- Unprofessional
- Staff make up whatever they can to get rid of you
- Slow and no care taken with your products

Avoid at all costs.
