Terrible do not use

I wouldn't recommend this business, slow , poor customer service , can't even tell me where my package is after nearly 3 weeks

Sending an email is not doing your job

It is a complete failure on Allied Express that when you eventually speak to a customer service person they give you the same information that is on the app. When asked for them to contact a depot or the secondary contractor they just say they will send an email as this is company policy.
Had a mattress meant to be delivered on a Thursday, received app update as well as text saying it was on its way. Of course nothing. After talking to the Allied Express Consultant they said they would send an email and let me know, on the Friday. Of course nothing. The following Monday I followed up, same process. Then the Wednesday i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but was told they would send an email to escalate that. The following Monday i called back and complained no contact. I wanted to know where the mattress was and where the depot was and i would collect. Wednesday i was told where the depot was.
Went to the depot on Wednesday and was told that not sure why not delivered, maybe nobody home, even with clear instructions to call my mobile an hour before delivery, confirmed by all parties. Then told was meant to be held at depot.
This took nearly 2 weeks once the mattress arrived in Mackay for me to finally receive it. It took over 4 hours of me on the phone and the answer i got was "I will send an email, this is our policy".
Damn useless. Who is going to pay me for my wasted time.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. In particular a representative named Corinne extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, if you have a cramp across her, your queries will not be answered. I unfortunately had communication with this representative who hung up on me when asking extremely simple question of tracking and information sadly Kmart and other big companies use this shipment service and I hope they reconsider their contracts

Do not use this company. They not deliver on time or at all. After several days of following up on the status of delayed product they then turn around and state they delivered but no one was home. We were. After checking the security camera no delivery was made.

The worst experience I have ever had with a courier.
10 large boxes lost for almost 2 months.
I was having to make contact almost daily to get anything done about this.
Support Staff kept feeding me conflicting stories as they clearly had no idea what was going on and do not communicate with each other.

During the lengthy "investigation process" I was told my Boxes were in the Sydney depo which was facing a backlog, but would be delivered soon. I'd hear nothing for a few days and see not tracking at all, so I make contact for an update only to be told, "Nope not in Sydney still at Rocklea, Brisbane. I don't know why you were told they were in Sydney"
I'd hear nothing for a few days and get no call back like I was told I would and still no tracking showing up, so follow up again. I get told that my Boxes would be onboard for delivery tomorrow; Only for them not to arrive. I'd call up again and the staff have no idea where they even are and get asked for the 20th time if my freight has been collected yet...
I was told scanning software was broken. Only to mention this to another team member who had no idea why I was told this as it wasn't true.
Ridiculous!

After almost 2 months (it should have been an easy capital city to capital city 1-2 day delivery!) only 9/10 boxes arrived with most arriving damaged.
I contacted support about the 1 missing box and was sent back a dismissive email saying to contact the Sender and that they never got a 10th box...
I AM the Sender as indicated by my email and my Partner helped load the Couriers truck with 10 boxes, as seen by our Doorcam footage!
My emails linked to the investiagtion are now bouncing back...

Most frustrating of all, I was told that the Manager was doing me a favour by looking into my lost freight and taking time out of her busy day to do so. You have to be kidding me! So patronising as this is her JOB and if she was running things like a professional she wouldn't experience these issues!
I never heard from her either, but didn't really expect to.

Allied Express:
- Unorganised
- Unprofessional
- Staff make up whatever they can to get rid of you
- Slow and no care taken with your products

Avoid at all costs.

i had booked them to come and pick something up that i sold through ebay-they came and picked up the time and date correctly and my item was delivered with no problems at all.

Worst experience with this freight company.
Only 2 of 3 boxes were delivered, claimed that they never receive the 3rd item, which was only found out weeks after the estimated delivery due date. So the supplier had to send the 3rd box again, which again, was delivered later than expected. Had to lodge an enquiry and gave them a call almost everyday until they managed to finally send it to me.
In total, there was a month gap between the 2 boxes and the 3 boxes... the 2 first boxes were pretty much useless cos the 3 boxes are flat packs for a single bed frame.

I bought something from Deals Direct, Allied delivered one box stating the other would be here the next day. It's now nearly 2 weeks later, and still nothing. they keep passing the buck back to Deals, yet Deals say they should have delivered it by now! I would never recommend delivering anything with Allied!

This company was booked to pick up an item and transport it to Queensland. I waited in all day but you've guessed it no one turned up neither did they call or put anything in the tracking information. I tried to contact their NSW office via email but the page contained a very odd message that it had been shut down due to slander and abuse - what was that all about? It is now functioning again in a normal manner. The buyer who had booked this company phoned hoping for a following day collection but was told Monday would be the earliest. The buyer met with rudeness from the representative on the phone. Monday came but the driver was late, no word from Allied Express. Now I have to add that this was booked via Temando who are part of Ebay's delivery and postage services. I cannot fault them but I would be reluctant to use Allied Express again, my experience is that customer service needs a lot of improvement
