I’ve had 2 x properties serviced by illusion fly screens (windows, retractable screens for French doors, decorative security for front doors) and their customer service has been fantastic and all staff helped me in determining the best needs for my situations (heritage & beach house). From the initial call for the enquiry, right through to the measure and install, all staff were professional and extremely helpful. I love our products, as they are so functional and attractive.
