Unfortunately JP had unforeseen issues with the move prior to mine.
Where JP was unprofessional he did not communicate with me. He did not answer my calls. He replies by text that took forever to come through, and was not honest to start off. To summarise his texts that he will not be able to do my move after 3pm and suggested I should find someone in Airtasker. A 4 bedroom house.
I understand it was out of his control, but how he handled the situation was very unprofessional. Always be transparent and answer your phone.
