Horrible experience, paid $150 deposit weeks in advance and was told [removed name] would be there in person and would contact me the day before to check in. No contact the day before so I texted and emailed myself with no response. Supposed to arrive 7.30am on the Friday, you never turned up. I called and texted many times to no response. Finally one helpless email mid morning saying you are sorry but you’re overseas and your guys should have turned up.. well they didn’t. No further contact since then, no solution offered, just seems like another silly excuse. You forced us to find another company on the day, it was also a long weekend.. almost impossible. You do not do that to customers, particularly loyal ones who recommend you to their family and friends. Absolutely appalling. You have no idea the stress you cause people by doing this time and time again, the reviews show and we should have listened to them. We chose your service as family raved about you, big regrets. My family will never use your services again. I’ve asked you multiple times for a refund since, no response. You have my bank details, please refund us immediately or we will be taking this further. You cannot withhold peoples money if you do not complete the service you promised, that is called fraud.

If I could give a zero I would. Took the deposit and didn't show up. No communication. Refused to discuss it on the phone. Kept his mobile off so we could only leave messages. That's it. Moving day and no removalists. Worst type of scam. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Moved me on the 4th March 2022. Broke my washing machine. Used the small business excuse on me and I trusted them. My fault.Gave them every opportunity to fix, replace, purchase second hand or go through their insurance. They strung me along and lied. Now it’s the 3rd of July 2022. Absolutely disappointed, upset and disgusted.

We booked these guys on a very rainy day - And thankfully they shrink wrapped all stuff to protect from the storm !

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. The didn't turn up for my booking last week and no courtesy calls or messages were made. I was booked for 1pm and when no one arrived by 2pm, I tried to call and message them several times with no luck and no messages. By 3.30pm, I was certain that they were not turning up so luckily ended up booking another removalist the following day. I got a txt message towards the evening with a made up story. No Go.

Scammed me out of $100 which was the deposit I paid. They didn't show up, made no attempt to contact me and I found out days layer that someone injured themself. Maybe they got my details wrong but the lack of refund for my deposit and awful customer service I've received from them since is more than enough to justify a one star review.

I had booked this company in approximately 3-4 weeks before move date. I paid the deposit as requested as soon as asked. Move was booked for a Saturday and I received a text Friday before stating that ‘JP’ had a medical issue and could they change the move to a Sunday. I agreed without issue. Was told it would be around midday and they would reach on the morning of to confirm. I received no correspondence on the day so 9:10am / 11:02am & 12:46pm I sent texts asking for update. At 2:14pm I attempted to call and text sms asking what was happening Received an sms at 2:18pm stating they had attempted to call to confirm but cancelled as I did not answer and they weren’t going to travel without that. This was completely untrue which I explained, I had received absolutely no calls all text people to that response. Requested my deposit back however was told as it was a public holiday I would have to wait until Tuesday. I have messaged numerous times asking for confirmation that my deposit has been returned with no response from the company. It is now Thursday. Extremely sad to have to write this review but please be wary when using this company.

We had a good experience with EZ MOVE .
Booking a team was quick and communication was great before the move .
They wrapped everything carefully and was no damage on the day .
Really nice guys too .
