This woman is amazing! I had so much wrong information about food “diet” etc. I would obsessively count calories, macros the lot! After having a consult with Giulia my whole perspective changed, in just one session. I have a much better understanding, I have stopped macro counting and am getting to where I want to be, my energy levels have increased and I’m not feeling puffy like I used to. You’ve helped me so much! I love my relationship with food now!
