If I could provide a half star review I would. I completed my order with Home Appliances Plus on the 20th of August and then received an email advising me of shipping delays (this was the only proactive update I received). I then contacted them to cancel my order but was advised this wasn't possible as the order had been processed (but not yet collected by the courier). It's now the 17th of September and I'm yet to receive the product. I've contacted both Home Appliances Plus and the Courier company multiple times for an update and received nothing except promises of a callback from their 'boss' which has never happened. I've now had to dispute the charge with my bank to recoup the cost. I feel sorry for their poor chat team as they seem to be baring the brunt of the company's inability to provide any level of customer service. My advice, find your product with another company!!
