The company alleged the driver waited 23 minutes to collect the item (instead of 15) and purported to therefore increase the cost of the service by around 147% of the original agreed cost. They also waited for over a month after the consignment was delivered to raise this. Poor service, even worse communication. A quick Google search reveals I’m not the first to have this experience with them.. do not use this company for logistics.
