I've dined at Gami thrice. They're incredible for take-away and eat-in. Good prices, lots of available seating if you eat in, nice snack while waiting for the food to come to you (and the wait isn't long). The food is hearty, hot, filling. Real comfort food especially during winter. I recommend one order of wings OR the half chicken if you're a couple that doesn't eat too much. The cheesy corn is also splendid. They have vego options if one or more member of your party is vegetarian. Gami is open till late which is great for people in the area who work odd hours. Friendly, no-nonsense staff. Nice to know I don't have to travel to the city or northside just for delicious fried chicken :)

Absolutely professional, attentive, thoughtful service. Clean, relaxing space away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to PT that it's easy to get to. Great haircuts by Jean-Paul, and I can't wait to go for a colour from Katherine soon.

The receptionists are unprofessional and uncaring. "Duty of care" is absent from their vocabulary. I used to come here frequently when I lived in the north and the longest wait I've had to do was 1.5 hours. Earlier this morning I had to wait two hours (after traveling one hour to get to the clinic), even after I told the receptionist that I had work in the afternoon. The doctor, Dr Habi I think he was, was actually nice and very helpful. In my experience the doctors are all nice, patient, and attentive, except for one doctor who in the past made uninvited, unwarranted, judgmental, negative comments about my body (WOMO prohibits me from saying the doctor's name). I have never made appointments to see this doctor again, and I have been conscious to avoid her at all costs, and I personally advise my friends to do the same.

Look, if you are not a worker or full-time university student, and you have no caring duties, and you don't mind waiting long hours, you might be ok to come here. Sometimes you might be lucky to not have to wait too long. But if you are actually *not* unemployed, don't bother as it's not worth the game of luck. If you have things to do with your time, dealing with receptionists' unprofessionalism is not worth it. There are other places in Melbourne where you can see a nice, helpful, fairly priced doctor within 30 minutes.
