I accidentally damaged my car and rang to make a claim, first up you talk to a call centre in another country after a couple of frustrating days trying to get a repairer closer to me and not in the other side of town, I was directed to a repairer within easy reach of where I live. They did a fantastic job of my repairs and I could not be happier, thank you to all concerned..
