The service centre returned my request for a service promptly. They came out promptly.
However, when there was a problem after the machine had been tested and the service call fee paid, they were not as prompt in replying to my desperate calls that there was a problem Flooded laundry floor and hall way as a result of their technician not replacing the lint filter behind the machine correctly and refusing to come out until 10am Monday.
All this resulted in another company coming out on the Saturday and all calls from me to speak to an A Grade Appliance technician ignored. Even text send to them was ignored.
I tried to dispute the fee but was unsuccessful.
DO NOT USE THEM
