We have done this before but this time it was so much harder.
The lovely staff treated us with such kindness. They are wonderful caring people and that helped make things easier. During the week after the loss of our little girl we received a card in the mail. The words were so special and comforting.
For Jessie's final journey it meant everything to know that she was treated with such dignity and respect.
