Look at the 1 star reviews on here, there is a recurring pattern. I expect a negative rebuttle from Gordon rather than any genuine concern for addressing our experience. Disrespectful and utterly ignorant staff! Saying it was a turbulent settlement process would be a compliment! All parties were keen to expedite settlement and Gordon failed to respond to emails for several weeks. Gordon provided no communication, and it was only once I stepped into the store I was aware settlement date had not been amended as requested.
