I have to report the subpar, ridiculous, annoying, indecent job that Internode has been doing so far. I subscribed for a plan in October and I still do not have broadband at home. Not to mention the several hours on the phone trying to sort all kinds of technical issues (most of which I have no idea of), waiting patiently at home for the tech team, and declining jobs because I do not have broadband (I work from home and need lots of data).

The last straw was today, when I was supposed to finally receive an SMS from their team confirming that the job was completed. As I had not received any SMS by 5pm, I decided to call Internode. After over 30 minutes with their manager Jenny trying to sort it out, she told me to contact their tech support team, which I did. The guy, Nathan, told me that the provisioning team had not completed my connection and asked me to wait 24 hours until he came up with an explanation.

That's when you realize that this nightmare will never finish. Instead, it lingers on and on, and you get anxious, nervous, stressed, because you know that it's going to be a while until you get what you asked for.

And there's more: I haven't been provided with what I need, but, because of some miscommunication throughout the process, someone told me I needed to have a phone line for my naked plan. Guess what? They were very effective in sending me the bill for the FIRST 2 MONTHS - meanwhile, I do not get what I really subscribed for.

I will NEVER recommend this provider to anyone. Apart from a couple of good employees, Internode has just upset me. The worst is to think that changing to another provider at this point not only will cost me, but will also reset all process.
