My experience with The Oven Repairman Company was a very positive one in all aspects. The person that I spoke with over the phone about my oven issue was very helpful and arranged a very prompt service call out. I received a reminder text the day prior the appointment and a very reasonable arrival time was given (between 9 - 11 am) The technician John arrived promptly at 9 am. He was very polite, professional and offered great advice. The problem with my oven was rectified very quickly and I am very pleased with the outcome.
