My husband and I are so happy I discovered V Custom Blinds! Stratos was a delight to deal with and he provided us with a solution to our window coverings that we had not even thought of, or we definitely thought would be out of our reach! Stratos is the most pleasant salesman we have ever had to deal with and nothing was too much trouble (incl. a 1 hour detour to see us at our home on a Saturday night, as one of the major roads was closed due to roadworks!). We can't thank him enough! The blinds are just lovely and very practical and provide us with exactly what we had been trying to achieve: privacy where needed, while having uncluttered windows to enjoy our lovely outlook! Stratos kept us informed every step of the way throughout the whole process and the blinds were installed on time!
