Helena was so cooperative when I phoned from Sydney to select a dress for my wedding. The one I chose was beautifully made and arrived within a few days by Express Post I was informed that I could exchange or get my money back if I didn’t like it. Fortunately I did!!!
I rang Helena a second time and bought another beautiful dress which unfortunately wasn’t a perfect fit as the first one so sent it back by Express Post, and within 2 days my money was back in my account. That, I believe is the way to run a good business and automatically you give good feedback to others.
