I would like to commend the staff at the Hospitals Ambulatory unit for their outstanding service of care towards myself and also (through observation) to other patients. The level of care provided was both professional and friendly, making me feel at home and at ease. The manners, genuine concern and sense of humour from the nurses and the doctors is truly admirable and commendable. There was a particular nurse ("Gale") who stood out. She was extremely patient, well-mannered and hospitable beyond expectation. Also, a friendly and funny "older" nurse (whose name I didn't catch) left me in hysterics before being discharged. Definitely a positive experience and the best service I've seen from hospital staff. Thank you bankstown hospital for such a positive experience!
