I ended up here after a miserable experience at Eiffel tower cakes a few doors down. This place sells fresh pasta etc etc and has a cafe with a bakery...the freshest danish pastries I have tried anywhere and the staff all friendly, prices Fantastic.

I went to this shop on two occasions..once for a birthday cake, which one guy on the phone told me they had..then when i went there, the girl said, we don't have it..second time...i went back for a coffee and cake, was waiting a good 15 minutes with a toddler in tow...and the lady just kept serving the people that came after me....most of the staff there are pretty busy and rude..except for one lady who was a sweetie..customer service needs a BIG improvement.

I rang up to ask for the price of one pizza and he said"can't give prices over the phone..i am too busy" and the pizza tastes crap..new owners the last couple of years id say..not the same it used to be mUCH better.

I had my puppy's paws clipped and the lady doing it was screaming at my puppy, saying OHHH COME ON..stop your whinging and stop licking I just had a shower...Another time I wanted my dog groomed as the dog breed standard...came out with another dog breed's loook...pathetic.

Food is crap for a la porchetta, we had a table for four and we have always been happy with la porchetta..but this one was a waste of our money..not up to standards.

The staff make sure they have asked other staff members for the product you are looking for and do not quit til they are sure they have or haven't located the product. Very Thorough Service.
