Really friendly and helpful staff. I spent 2 hours with one of the sales guys last weekend looking for the perfect picture and he stayed with me and helped me until I found it! :) They even gave me a $100 discount because the frame was slightly damaged.
Highly recommend.

DO not purchase from this store. I had so many issues with the quality. I am in the process of taking them to a tribunal as they insisted there was nothing wrong with their furniture and I am just an 'unreasonable' customer. I'm guessing anyone with an issue with their products will be judged similarly. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else.
