If you plan to go to this hospital, think again. We took our cat there after severe vomiting and found the place hopelessly uncoordinated, the staff uncommunicative and off hand. We were told they had no idea of wait times, and never attempted to inform us or anyone. When we tackled them about it they became defensive and said they are so busy, so tough. Our cat had a terrible time, with 3 legs shaved and punctured with attempts from.the canula, with one very badly bruised and swollen. When we finally collected him - after demanding his release - we took him to our vet who asked for the records. Things were missed, not recorded or inaccurate. But they can charge! The final cost was $1000. An absolutely horrible experience from a money grubbing and uncaring organisation. If I could give no rating I would.
