Recently had the unfortunate experience of using MB Alexandria and it was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Words cannot express my disappointment and frustration with the service.

First and foremost, the staff was incredibly cute and polite to entice me to deliver the vehicle to the MBA because I did not purchase or service car at MBA. Once they receive the car they completely forget about the car or me as a customer. For two days they could not find the car in their workshop and yard. They only found it when I told them I would call the police and report the vehicle stolen. Telephone operators are cute and sweet when you talk to them but they are useless when it comes to any relevant information. The technical staff was rude and unprofessional, with the question "Why did you bring your car here, it was not serviced here before' it is better you take the car where you purchased it. It seemed like they had no interest in helping customers, and for three days they kept promising to call back with an update, not once they called back. When I asked questions about repair and service, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses.

The problems didn’t end there. My car was in the shop for what was supposed to be a simple repair, (engine starter) but it took a week and they didn't look at the car. They kept promising it would be looked tomorrow, we will update you tomorow, but tomorrow never came. During this time, I received little to no communication about the progress. When I called to inquire about my car, I was often put on hold for extended periods, only to be told vague and unhelpful information, such as we are busy be patient.

In the end, I decided to tow my car to a different repair shop.

I strongly advise against using MB Alexandria for any automotive needs. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.
