After picking up my car I had previously written a Five Star review I would like to subtract. Malcolm (the owner) is very friendly, offers reduced prices and drove me home after I dropped my car off. He also repaired it in the time he said he would. 6 months later I can see it was a paint over job. The paint has buckled along the edge of my bumper and I can see paint drips and the raw edge from the bumper to the body of the car. Im assuming the bumper was painted over while still fixed to the car. When I picked up my car they had freshly washed it and to be honest I didn't inspect it too much as Malcolm seemed very genuine - my naivety. If anything is indicative of quality it is time and the wearing of the repair. I went back to show him and he was not apologetic (from his friendly personality I thought he would be!) or at all surprised by the bad workmanship. He did offer to fix it again though. I didn't take him up on the offer and will not be returning. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

This is the second time I have visited GIA smash repairs after a lady ran into my car. Malcolm was again incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He always seems to go above and beyond and follows through with his word. The car came back brand new and washed also. Visit Malcolm and his team, you wont be disappointed.
