Outstanding ...!!!! You don’t get to say that much these days but finally you can and mean it. I am a structural landscaper and man have I seen my fair share of hose reels. Not one has ever come close to comparing to Delrico. Most of the time we find a clients hose reel brought from said “warehouses, or hardware”, with the hose sitting underneath the hose reel because something has broken and the unit needs replacing. Not Delrico. If for some strange reason something does break they offer warranty a long with a servicing option. I have 2 hose reels which I have had for several years and only just recently I thought I should put them in for a service because I thought by now it was way over due. To my delight both unites were it top working order with no need for any new parts. Outstanding and built to last. I recommend to all my customers to purchase a Delrico. You won’t regret it!
