Purchased an "open box" samsung note 4 on the 1/Sept/2016 which is stated to be in "New condition with absolutely no sign of wear after renewed.". The shipment eventually arrived on the 14/Sept/2016.
I immediately tested the phone and noticed:
1. The headphone sound is faulty. The right side earplug has a more louder side and more noticeable when only there is talking.
I tried several types of headphone jacks and also asked my friend to confirm if there is an issue. My friend confirmed that the device is faulty.
I also compared the sound quality with my Note 3 phone and there is definitely a fault with this phone.
As I use the headphones a lot to listen to music, youtube etc -- this is a big issue for me.

2. There is also no manufacture's warranty on this device as the knox warranty has been tripped by someone rooting the device. Therefore, this device should clearly be stated as "Second Hand".

I've mentioned these details above immediately to them.

There website mentions "14 day money back guarantee policy" -- but so far it looks more like a scam.
I think their "7 days dead on arrival replacement guarantee" looks like a scam.

Also, I've asked for a return address - and they are not answering me. They have replied to me, but never to provide me with 1) they will refund the money or 2) provide me with a return address.
I've tried for several days. I am not holding my breath.

I think this website "becextech.com.au" and others based in Hong Kong are more one-way Only. If you receive the goods and you're happy -- then everything is fine. Just hope you don't need to get it fixed because these companies do not provide warranty as they claim.

If you ask for "14 day money back guarantee policy" -- then they will not budge.

My phone was faulty from the start - so BUYERS beware

The only action you have is:
1) buy and accept the good that is provided to you -- even if it's faulty. It's a risk - but I recommend that you don't take this risk
2) walk away and learn from your mistake and never deal with companies like this -- and throw the lemon in the bin.
3) attempt a chargeback with your credit card. Not sure if Second hand goods (becextech claim them to be "New condition with absolutely no sign of wear after renewed.") can be done. The issue i have is there is no return address. The PO box provided cannot be used - as it needs to be returned signed.

I hope someone reads this before you buy online with them. I took the risk to purchase this item - i did understand was coming from Hong Kong and I've previously purchased with them.
I took the risk with this "note 4" because they offered a "14 day money back guarantee".
