I think JJ's take special care in their fish selection because the fish are ALWAYS fantastic. They also use a batter which is almost like Tempura and together they make it amongst the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The Burgers look great too, but I never get a chance to try them as I can't resist the fish and chips every time I go in here. No epic waiting here either as everything's cooked quickly.
