I registered my interest in a 1.5kw system with True Value Solar on Sunday 20.11.2011. Received a phone call from Tracy on Tuesday, deposit payed Tuesday night,and panels installed on Friday 25.11.2011. There are a lot of companies out there that could learn from True Value Solar on how customer service should be preformed. Excellent service, communication and installation from start to finish. The guys that installed the panels, Rod and Barney were fantastic. Very neat and professional job and left nothing behind, taking every speck of rubbish with them. Very impressive! Every aspect of the system was explained to me by Rod in a language I could under stand. Follow up was excellent and informative. I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending True Value Solar to friends and family. Well done all.... keep up the good work.
