I find franklins good value and their own brand items are quite ok. Good range of products easy to find. Fruit and vegetables a bit pricey. I like the reward point particularly the fact that they don't drop off like the flybuy points do!!

Have to buy too much to be able to collect enough points to buy anything of value, especially as the points start to drop off after a certain period of time. Only ever seem to be able to accumulate enough for a $20- voucher once a year

Convenient, small shop where you can purchase general items such as bread, milk lollies ect. Fuel prices are expensive and service is slow on hot food! Overall a general level of service

Good product range but very expensive! Best to use if there is a particular rare book ect. but not good for general buying use due to exorbitant prices! Good range, fast delivery

Very convenient to shop from home. Check quality though not always as good as it looks - do have a great return policy though so your not stuck with the item if it's not what you thought it was

Convenient to use as on the track I go shopping. Staff not overly enthusiastic about helping to find product when I can't find them. Do often have great specials on meat, always a bonus. Fruit & veg a bit pricey though.

Friendly helpful staff. Discrete! Happy to find things in the store for you. Helpful advice. quick service, not too bad on cost either. Good range of products a lot of natural remedies too.

Had three mobile with this company and they ended up locked even after their contracts expired! Had to end up buying new phones as we wanted to change companies!

Disappointing. Pizza base was very thin with very little topping, not very good flavour and over all though cheap it was not good value for money as my family was left feeling hungry after several pizzas!

Have 4 mobiles with Virgin. Love the free phone calls virgin to virgin, as mainly have the mobiles to keep in touch with family, great to do this without cost. Disappointed that the contract on the phones was 24mths but warranty only 12mths
