I have never experienced such excellent customer service Shaun is such a nice bloke. Very honest and punctual and a great communicator. I have been in my house for over 10 years and have never had carpets cleaned. Main living area carpet was dirty and smelly and stained. Was ready to get rid of it until I was told to give Shaun a go. I’m so glad that I did. The carpet looks and smells brand new! I am gobsmacked! Price was very fair. Thanks heaps Shaun. I’ve already passed on your details to a friend that needs her carpets done too. Keep up the great work.
