2. Because it was short notice, the owner of the business herself showed up and did everything she would expect her staff to do.
3. Your attention to detail and no compromises on your quality of service.
4. Your focus and business acumen
5. Excellent communication - told me you were running late (even though I didn't see the message).
6. You deliver what you promise.
7. The fact that you look after your staff (insurances / holiday pay etc).
8. The fact that you recognise your staff are your greatest asset. Happy workers = productive workers.
