I was informed of the course structure and educated in a way that helped me fully understand something I knew very little about and I left the course confident and very satisfied with my training.

On the first morning I felt I had not prepared enough and was behind. But the training was developed, prepared and delivered so well that I was very comfortable throughout and at the end of the course.

The best aspects of the training was our trainer Mark and his enthusiasm, attitude and approach.
