The biggest issue with PJ Pools is that if you ever need any after sales service you'll probably have to hassle them repeatedly to get a response. Very good at the sale process. Pool quality is reasonable but then if you need them to attend to any defects or issues you're in trouble. Lots of phone messages, promises of calls back and nothing. Pretty unprofessional.
