I have insured our dog (Poppy) for years now and have made two claims. For both the claims service was very simple. For the latest claim it was for knee surgery and I made a pre-authorisation request well in advance. I was told that I had pre-authorisation and that was great to know. Every time I have called I have been answered politely and informatively. I recommend going with PIA.
