Bought a fridge for my parents and requested delivery in one weeks time. Website said that a phone call will be made one day prior to delivery and on the delivery day driver will call one hour prior to arrival. Didn't happen! One day prior to delivery, we waited all day no-one called us. Then on the day of delivery, my mum gets a phone call at 7AM that the driver was 10 minutes away. She was still asleep when they called. She had no time to even clear the old fridge, so when the new fridge came they just dumped it out the back yard. I called Appliances Online to complain and they guy was indifferent. He said that they didn't call us because it would have been 6 in the morning, but as I said to them 7AM delivery is not acceptable people are still sleeping at that time - it's not professional. And why didn't they call us the day before to let us know they were coming at that time? We had to install the fridge ourselves (even though installation was included in the price) because the heaps of food would have gone off if we didn't.

staff were so so, not really very helpful. You have to ask staff for help. They were more interested in talking to each other
