Overall positive experience with Ambience Air in Bibra Lake. Good team to deal with from Sales through to Tech support, always helpful and good to talk to and returned calls after they were too busy to take ours. Purchased and installed a 3 phase Panasonic R/C ducted system in 2009, which worked flawlessly up until about 6 months ago. We suspect Synergy brown out was at fault though, so would still definitely recommend the brand and company.
The experience with fault finding that issue lead me to think the in depth experience and product knowledge might be a little lacking though, even if just with the tech guy that came out. (I found the solution myself on the web in the end). But that said, I realise fault finding isn't an exact science and it'd be impossible to know every system inside and out, especially older ones, and they also handled the process well. Fees were about what I'd expect from any supplier/tradesman for call outs etc.
