the original phone I had from bexectech had an issue where it wouldn't hold charge and would randomly turn off- when plugging it in to power it would turn back on with 30-40%. It was very unreliable so I sent it back. The next one I received had a similar issue but I couldn't be without a phone for another month so I kept it until 6 months later it totally crashed and I couldn't turn it back on- lossing everything, I sent it back. The next one I received had the same problem as the first.

They say they check their products before sending them out- this is obviously untrue. They are also very reluctant/won't budge with my only option being to return it again to likely receive another faulty phone. I would definitely not recommend this company and intend on spreading the word of mouth as far as possible. They keep stating their terms and conditions back to me- it's like talking to a brick wall. They sell faulty products and think it's acceptable.
