The beautiful Japanese piece I bought was exactly as shown and described online (I have not seen another like it) - the colour of the wood was true. Japanache said it would arrive on a particular day and it did. Brilliantly packed for a delicate piece. Total satisfaction, Richard was extremely pleasant and friendly.
