I have always gone to John Hughes Service department since purchasing my car in 2016 and have always been happy with the service. I made a huge mistake of taking my car to another VW service provider closer to home. After my terrible experience at the other service provider, I will definitely never make the same mistake again! I cannot recommend John Hughes VW service department highly enough! From the receptionist's to the courtesy bus driver and most of all Denise Smith (Service Advisor)... these people are the best! All are professional, helpful and friendly. I have to make a special mention in particular to Denise... she went above and beyond and I am very grateful! Thank you John Hughes VW Service department!
