Carl is an absolute legend. I had a european wasp situation and he came right away even though I called him out of hours. He is thorough and reasonably priced and I'd recommend him in a heatbeat.

I am not a natural exerciser but I joined Step Into Life Queanbeyan after some prompting by a friend (already a member). To be honest, I was sceptical that I would like it but right from the outset I was so impressed by the vibe of the group. John sets the tone for a great workout every time by being really supportive and just the right amount of pushy. He gets the most out of everyone, whatever their fitness and encourages us to meet our goals. The group is a bunch of lovely, really normal people who support each other and can have a laugh while exercising. I might never love exercise but I love Step Into Life Queanbeyan.
