THE WORST HAIRDRESSER EVER
Taylor who was supposed to be a senior stylist did my hair I was black and wanted to go dark brown she strip my hair with bleach my head was burning severely I had advised it was burning she said it’s ok it is normal and it will stop burning after a while. Then she got the apprentice to watch the bleach while she was to busy doing another clients hair. They final rinsed it out. My scalp was burning I left there my hair was ginger wasn’t the colour I asked for. It was $310.00 later when I got home I rang. I spoke to Taylor I let her know that my hair was ginger she had advised me that I couldn’t come back that afternoon as she hasn’t had lunch and she was leaving early and she asked me to come back in at 9:00 the next morning. When I woke up the next morning I had all blisters in my head and in the side of my head. I rang the salon I spoke to Karen that was going to ring her store manager I never heard back from her. At 10:30 that morning I went in the salon I spoke to Karen and she said she couldn’t do anything as Taylor is not in until 1:30 I said I can’t come back I have to pick up my kids. I asked if I could have my money back and she had refused and said no you can’t do that and she couldn’t put another colour over as I had blisters and scabs. I then spoke to Taylor on the phone saying to me that I have must of scratch my head to cause blisters and scabs and I said no that a lie it’s the peroxide that has burnt my head and the scalp. The staff were so rude and unprofessional I hade even had to contact security and then the big manager and all they offered me a $80.00 refund. I feel that this is unfair and unprofessional my hair is extremely dry and Taylor also hacked my fringe she took a big chunk out of the middle. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.

Worse place ever we went this afternoon with my 2 young daughters after school Queenie was the extremely rude nail woman there she was rude about not making an appointment my eldest daughter wanted full set French tips she tried to make us wait while other customers made appointments were looked after by 2 other nail technicians my she was so rough doing my daughters nails she was screaming woman was hurting her my younger daughter was watching she said u go sit over there The tone & rudeness of her voice I said don’t speak to my daughter like that I said are u happy now u have made her cry lady couldn’t care less no customer service at all she tried to cover it up by painting her nails she knew she did say it sorry that doesn’t make things ok it does not I wouldn’t recommend them I’ll never go back there ever

I would highly recommend Jane Simpson for her patience & professionalism & the amazing work she does when doing eyebrow tattooing how natural they look il definitely be back when they need re tattooing many thanks Jane Simpson

Highly recommend blonde and brunettes at mtdruitt Manager Linda cut and coloured my hair 1 week ago she is a fantastic hairdresser il be going back there had so many compliments how nice my hair is after going to blonde and brunettes at penrith and getting a bad haircut from the manager so happy can't thank Linda enough she was very good at cutting hair best hairdresser in the west
