St John of God hospital in Ballarat. Floor1, Room135 dates 7th April to 14th. I would like to thank the team of people who cared for my elderly mother during this period. Starting from Jenny at Dr Ho's Ballarat Medical, picking up the slurring and confusion, who rung me with concerns, acting very quickly. Chris thank you for organising meals on wheels (a big hit hooray), the district nurse visits, home care house cleaning and an assessment for old age care package today, as this would not take place with a very determined Mum. Heidi for chasing me to let me know, what was going on and why mum had confusion:) To all the nurses who where so kind to mum in a week of very stressful events at home, you made her feel so welcome, very comfortable and the after care has been amazing. Thank you will not and does not quite cover what you do each day, but I send the best of blessings to you all. Dr Kemp and Dr Ho, also play a huge part in keeping Mum on track.
